Election Reform

Welcome to the election reform page. This section is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date on election reform issues at the national and local level. We are dedicated to ensuring that all citizens have equal access to democracy through voting.

The Help America Vote Act of 2002 was passed in the wake of the 2000 presidential election, which highlighted a need to change procedures to deliver the opportunity to vote more efficiently and fairly. HAVA represents the most significant changes in election procedures in many decades.
